To anyone interested in learning how to build websites here on the Sunshine Coast I wholeheartedly recommend Neil's services. After deciding to teach myself how to build CMS websites through online tutorials I became very frustrated and was almost ready to give up. I then found Neil's site and it promised to teach me all I needed to know about Joomla. His experience with all levels of technical understanding, his pricing structure and lesson breakdown were clearly explained and seemed perfect for me. As it turns out, they were!
After an initial one-on-one lesson and two follow-up remote tutorials I have completed one website and am on to my second. Learning with your own personal mentor is infinitely more productive than trying to trawl through all the tutorials and forums online. Within hours I had more understanding than I had gathered in weeks. The time I saved more than made up for the money I spent. Now I not only have a website but the knowledge to make more and my own Joomla expert only a phone call or email away.
Having met face to face first so we could both get an understanding of each other, the remote tutorials to follow were easy. He knows exactly my level of knowledge and the interfaces I use so each phone lesson is succinct and very productive.
An added bonus to Neil's service is that he genuinely cares about my project and has spent a substantial amount of time checking it out and assisting me free of charge. However when I have built up a list of questions to help me with my next site I have no problem booking him in for another intensive lesson over the phone.
Definitely money well spent and I recommend Neil to all.

Neil patiently listens to my needs and requests, as we constantly update our website. Before you can say “Adopt a Digger” he has attended to every little detail. Amazing!
As we had an older website, Neil suggested the most cost effective means of being able to do what we needed and at the same time improve the overall design of the website. Neil was in contact with us regularly over the few days it took with regards to the time he would have to spend if he did this versus that, which was greatly appreciated. He also came out and trained me for an hour on how to manipulate our own text and images which in the long run doesn’t cost me anything if I can do it myself! During this training session Neil discovered something very weird from the original set up of our website that he hadn’t come across before and he wanted in his own time to work on the problem for his own learning and would notify us of the results. He did work it out and by doing so I have another option of how I display my images which I didn’t have before. Who would have thought that only five short years ago “when I had no idea how a computer or websites worked” to now with your encouragement and support I am feeling quite confident and comfortable in running the day to day requirements of The Invincibles Website, which to me is quite remarkable given that I’m in my 60’s and thought this sort of technology was reserved for the younger generation. I hope you take some pride and satisfaction out of knowing that you have made a huge difference to junior golfers on the Sunshine Coast and I might add, to the way I challenge myself to take on new projects and challenges.
